Week 3 - Night Prayer - Day of St. Joseph

G. O God, come to reign in us.

E. Lord, let your Will come quickly.

Glory be to the Father...

HYMN
Man is silent, and has no words to acclaim the triumph of your Supreme Will.

It is your Divine triumph over all creation when the creature works in your Will.

It is the wonder of all wonders, yet without an uproar; without human acclamations,

Love, glory, and honor, be to you, O Lord, reparation and divine compensation, in the triumph of your Will in the creature! Amen.

Ant. In my Will, the little ones must be before everyone.

Psalm
If you only knew with what love our heavenly Father awaits you, and the joy, the happiness He feels, in seeing you, tiny as you are, bringing all of creation to His lap, to give Him everyone's exchange!

He feels the glory, the joys, and the amusements for which He made creation, return to Him.

So, it is necessary that you come before everyone. And after you have come forward, you will then turn around in our Will, and you will go behind everyone.

You will put them all as it were, in your lap and you will bring them all to our bosom. Seeing them covered with your acts done in our Will, we will receive them with greater love.

And we will feel more disposed to bind our Will to that of the creature, to make it return in its full dominion.

So, take heart. Little ones get lost in the crowd, it is necessary that you come forward to fulfill the mission of your office in our Will.

Glory be to the Father...

Ant.

SHORT READING
"Your task is to live in our midst and to make yours that which is ours, and to give it to us for all your brothers, so that, attracted by what is ours, we can be bound with the human generations and again give them the Supreme kiss of the union of their will with ours, just as we gave it to man when we created him."

PRAYER
O Father, grant that we fuse ourselves in your most holy Divine Will, so that, putting ourselves before all generations, we may bind your Will to that of all creatures to make them one.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

May the Lord put an end to the night of the human will, and let us rest in the Divine.
Amen.
